Hi I'm Arwen

As technology evolves, execution keeps getting faster. A poster can now be completed in a single day, and market research that once took a month to organize can be summarized by AI in ten minutes. As more and more "skills" become easy to pick up, or no longer scarce, warm and empathetic thinking may become even more valuable.

The ability to understand needs from the perspective of consumers or clients, and to plan the right actions in a logical way to deliver goal-oriented outcomes, is one of my core strengths.

I also deeply value the changes brought by AI and new tools. As someone with no coding background, I used Figma + Claude + Cursor, together with GitHub and Vercel, to design, build, and launch this website. To me, that proves my ability to proactively learn and quickly master new skills.

People often say, "With greater ability comes greater responsibility," but I relate more to this: "With greater responsibility, your ability must become stronger." So when I take ownership of an e-commerce project, I can start from store setup, product management, and live-stream operations, and grow it step by step to over 10,000 in monthly sales. And when I am responsible for a new business line, I am ready to own everything from sales to project management, execution, and client service.

So I do not want to label myself only as a "marketer" or a "brand person." I would rather be recognized as someone who can identify problems and solve them.

If something feels draining, it will never last. I hope to join a team that is promising, open, innovative, and full of energy, and commit to a long-term journey where we continuously create value and feel proud of the results.
